Swimsafer backstroke demo "How to swim backstroke"
Swimsafer backstroke is one of the test criteria from swimsafer stage 2, swimsafer Bronze, swimsafer Silver and swimsafer Gold award. Students will be tested on the efficient stroke techniques they use.
Example :
Body position on the back, with body stright and arms by the sides inglide position.
Leg Action: Leg bend at knees to 90degrees - feet flexed and turn outwards. Knees slightly apart.
Feet sweep outwards and back up in circular motion until legs and feet are back together in glide position. Very little hip flexion.
